Psalm 106:29-31

New International Version

²⁹ they aroused the Lord’s anger^(A) by their wicked deeds,^(B)
    and a plague^(C) broke out among them.
³⁰ But Phinehas^(D) stood up and intervened,
    and the plague was checked.^(E)
31 This was credited to him^(F) as righteousness
    for endless generations^(G) to come.
